Mother Dear

A piece in my Senior Exhibition Show as an undergraduate, this poster was inspired by the recent presidential election and the many things said from Mr. Trump regarding Immigrants. Being a first generation American and hearing stories growing up of how my grandparents worked odd jobs , even picking fields and one of my grandmothers raising her children on her own while working nightly shifts and supporting them through school on her salary of being a seamstress alone. The media only shows the bad of what immigration and several immigrants actions can cause but they don't show the struggles , they are deaf to the stories and blind to the proof.
